Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
