I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. The nurses were wonderful, and I felt like my feelings were considered.
