This doctor literally saved my life. I was involved in a car accident and other doctors felt they could not perform the spine surgery necessary to prevent me from being on a respirator the rest of my life. Dr Hargraves not only successfully put my neck back together he did it under emergency conditions due to a raging ice storm that shut down Northern New York for 2 weeks (at the time he was working in Malone NY). I would allow Dr Hargraves to treat my children or my wife. He is an exceptional surgeon!
