I saw Dr. Javel one time only. He insisted on moving back my 2nd appointment until three days before my medication ran out. When I showed up for the appointment, there was a note on his door that he had taken leave, and his phone wasn't accepting voicemails. I had to take my prescription bottle to a walk-in clinic and hope they would give me a refill on an emergency basis. I understand if he had a family emergency, but no one from his office bothered to call his patients. Psychiatry can be life and death, and Dr. Javel's irresponsible behavior nearly sent me into a full-blown crisis.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I've always appreciated how great they are about getting back to me right away. Whenever I call I always hear back from them within a couple of days. I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Dr. Javel is relaxed and easygoing, listens to my concerns and explains things like the workings of medications in a way that's easy to understand. He's helped me a great deal with adjustments to my antidepressants and I trust him completely.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
