I was recently in inpatient at Frontier Behavioral Health, and I did not have a good experience with Dr. Dacanay. I was compliant in order to leave, and she was very happy about that. She talked an awful lot about god, and did not answer my questions very well. I did a lot of smiling and nodding. After the last time I saw her I met a very pleasant trans boy who was also in inpatient, and he said that she also talked about god. He told me that she lectured him about how being transgender is an abomination. This is malpractice and I am disgusted. I was also prescribed dangerous antipsychotics that are meant to treat schizophrenia, without a diagnosis. I do not have schizophrenia. Do not see this doctor, please.
