They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Dr. Engel came highly recommended by a trusted fried and I was not disappointed with the results of my surgery in September 2007. At that time he repaired a torn miniscus in my right knee. Unfortunately four years later the left knee outdid the right with two tears(medial amd lateral) so I am in the process of making an appointment to get this taken care of as well.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
