I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Whatever cologne they were wearing was just fine. It made my experience that much more enjoyable, since they don't have that typical, annoying elevator music playing here. If they do play music it is appropriate for the setting. I was glad that they were located right near Holy Family Hospital. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They warm up the tools and always make you feel welcome and like you've been coming here for years whether you have or not. I have Never experienced any cruel or disrespectful treatment from anyone here in this office and I was over weight for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else :-)
