Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

I have been to Dr. Ou on multiple occasions have had him complete 3 surgeries on me and I cannot say enough good things about him. He knows what he is doing, shows nothing but confidence and makes you the patient feel at ease. I trust him and never worry when I am in his care. On another note his receptionist Pam is a doll and his nurse Connie is always a pleasure to deal with, after one visit you feel like part of the "family". Highly recommend!
