For the past several years, I have been scheduling all of my annual exams at North Seattle Women's Group. The ARNP's and office personnel have been absolutely wonderful to work with, very friendly and informative. However, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting with Dr. Robin Kroll. After one of my annual exams, I was advised that I would have to meet with Dr. Kroll, as she was the only one qualified to examine me. She was nothing but rude and insensitive, given the situation. By the end of the appointment, I was in tears because the exam was so painful (even though it was technically less invasive than a Pap Smear). I felt like I was not able to say anything during the exam, given my position... Never once did she ask me if I was okay or comfortable, like every other doctor has in the past. If anything, she was forceful and hurtful with both her actions and opinions. I was already in a vulnerable position and she did nothing but make me feel worse.

The icing on the cake was definitely the bill that followed! There's nothing like adding insult to injury. I'll be looking for a second opinion elsewhere as I have zero trust in Dr. Kroll's abilities.

My advice is to stick with the ARNP's if you're already there, but go elsewhere if things get more complicated!
