They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. He is the first Dr. that would rather take me off medication if possible. I really like how he combines prescription medicine with natural supplements. He listens to everything you say and tries to resolve all your issues. Excellent Dr. would highly recommend Dr Tepper.
