My appointment for an endoscopy was at 6:30 am... FIRST patient of the day. Dr. Little arrived to the office at 7:12 am. He called his nurse who was attending to me to let her know he was running late and on his way. NO he was not at the hospital treating another patient.

Diagnosed me incorrectly before the procedure stating I was probably inhaling too much air and that he was happy to do my endoscopy and very sure he would find nothing.
He assured me he would talk to my husband with his findings after the procedure. HE NEVER talked to my husband.

I was supposed to be done in 1.5 hours.... yet I was there almost 3 hours. NOT ONE word to my husband what was taking so long.

I got sent home with paperwork with a diagnosis of Grade III Gastro Erosion Valve Flap ( out of IV grades) and NO explanation from the staff or doctor. I am to return in 6 weeks to discuss his findings.

WHAT???? Wait 6 weeks to talk about this horrific diagnosis???

Horrible bedside manner, poor follow through on promises made, and diagnosing before seeing the tissues and then getting it WRONG is irresponsible.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
