They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Each time I visited this office I--LITERALLY--waited TWO hours. I got smart and started making the first appointment of the day; however, he was still late (showing up with donuts & coffee--oxymoronic if you ask me). I've gotten a bill TWICE and called to pay it; I even gave my credit card number AND still got another bill. VERY unorganized. Just go and you'll see. There is no nurse and the gal who takes vitals does just that. The office is run-down and the receptionist doesn't seem to care (like she's just there for the check). I think he means well, but he just doesn't have it together, which makes one feel like you are at a one star hotel. Anyway, I stopped seeing him. Called today to settle the bill I got in the mail and they insisted that I do not have a bill--whatever. WEIRD.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
