It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I am new to the area and I am looking for a doctor for gyn and medical and thought this would be a nice place, close to my home, reviews sounded good but when I called they told me since I'm over 59, they couldn't see me. WHAT!!!! As a woman, am I any different at 62 than 59??? This is discrimination for sure!!
I feel very old now and the receptionist or whomever answered the phone made me feel ancient after she asked me how old I was. She said, "Ohh, we aren't taking anyone over 59". Wow!
