My wife and I have been going to Dr. Hartzler for over 20 years and we couldn't be happier. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and makes us feel comfortable. As soon as I walk through the door, I am immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, they were so kind and attentive to me. I don't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I haveto say. They go out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and are very sympathetic to my situation. I

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
