This doctor manipulated a transgender man at WWU into letting him do an invasive and traumatizing exam. He used his own hands to expose the students' private parts, and even though it was a rectal exam the students' genitals were completely exposed and he was staring at them the entire exam. It is completely wrong that he did this and he shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine because of this.
