It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Dr. Golan is the best Doctor ever! If you want someone to spend quality time with you listening and asking the right questions and really diagnosing your issue instead of trying to get you in and out the door to get to the next patient, He is your man! But if you are in a hurry or expect the doctor to be on time with the scheduled appointments then this is not the doctor for you. With my experience he runs atleast 30 minutes behind schedule and I am usually seen between 45 min- 1 hour after my appointment time. So if you make an appt. take a good book. I think that he is worth the wait!
