Dr Golan, Made sure every single question I had was answered, and he always makes sure I have gotten what I needed. The staff is the most friendly and professional. The office is extremly easy to locate.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

I have been going to this clink for years. I tend not to make appointments for flu or illnesses (i go to urgent care) but for annual check ups and routine visits I think that dr golan is great.The online mulitcare system keeps all my records handy so i can print off anything for example, shot records. If I am due for a shot, exam, or there are messages from my doctor regarding test results im sent messages. For in advance appointments great, but same day need to get in, I usually have to take the oncall doc anyway so i just go to urgent care. The office was easy enough to find. Dr Golan is friendly and great for family practice.
