terrible experience and the medical assistant don't know anything.

Long story short, I was referred to Dr Vasquez about my sinus issue via ct scan. Went there thinking i can diagnose my throat pain as well caused by GERD. But however, she never checked my throat using her tools laproscopically like all ent provider does. I visited probably 6 times and did the surgery with her. Surgery went fine but there were no improvement. then she said there were barely any inflammation but she never checked my sinus before surgery just took my word.

The fun part is paying my co insurance. I already paid my deductible at front by Kimberly who is the front desk and thats their policy i guess. Then after the surgery I was told that I owe them 337 dollar which they forgot to count the deductible I paid. I was told it will b deduct automatically and i called them and they gave me run around. They finally figured out i paid my dedeuctible but charged me 80 dollar my co insurance which i m suppose to pay. But all those hassles they didn't even give me 50% discount or anything instead the lady name Lory said Insurance already gives discount out of pocket pays more duh,,, Everyone knows that. This is ridiculousness.. I liked the doc but at the end of the day its all about money for Dr office. They will try to do as much to make money pout of you. I have just realized this is worst than sales. To be honest I would not recommend this place at all and their staff are not considerable.

Short Version: Dr. Vasquez is a smart, experienced, and personable ENT that I would recommend to anyone. She took care of my deviated septum just a few weeks ago, and I could not be more pleased with the entire process, from diagnosis and surgery to post-op care and final results.

Long Version: After a few months of sinus congestion that no amount of Sudafed, Flonase, and Prednisone could alleviate, I got a CT scan and took it to Dr. Vasquez. She not only recognized my deviated septum immediately, but took the time to give me all of the information I needed (and I asked a LOT of questions) to understand the issue and what next steps were available to me, all with a smile and great sense of humor. Her staff were also very courteous and kind, helping me get everything for surgery set up and all of my continuing questions answered. My surgery went very smoothly (in fact, the INOVA Loudoun staff had nothing but glowing praise for Dr. Vasquez's work, saying that her patients always seem to bleed less and recover better than with other surgeons), and my post-op visits were great. I'm already breathing better, and I love knowing that I've found another "for life" doctor.
