They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

The issue that I have is in reaching their scheduling department. I have known for 2 weeks that I am not going to be able to make my scheduled appointment. I have made 5 phone calls in those 2 weeks to reschedule and I have NEVER talked to a live person. I've been asked to leave a message and they would return my call. So far, no returned phone calls. It doesn't matter what time of day you call, 8am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm, no answers and no call backs.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Dr. Goldin knows his stuff.
