My wife and I have been seeing Dr Stich for a number of years now. We both have had him perform surgery on us. He is a good doctor. He explains the issues and answers all our questions. He has never rushed us through the exams. He is very thorough. He has fit us into his schedule when we have an urgent need.

This provider is very rude. He answers his own phones (cheapskate) and hangs up on you the patient (multiple times) when trying to ask a question before making an appt. Some folks just shouldn't have their own business. I will make it my business to alert everyone I know what kind of treatment to expect when dealing with him.

This doctor is very technically savvy. It was not my first visit to him. He was seriously distracted during my visit by an emergency call from the hospital, and spent more time on it, on the phone, than he did with me. His staff copied my insurance card before I went in to see the doctor. He conducted several tests, but never told me the results, or things that I should do, or avoid doing to avoid further problems. I am diabetic, and a kidney cancer survivor, so the condition of my eyes is very important. Later, his office referred me to collections because they somehow screwed up my policy number. I won't go there again, except to pick up my records and take them to a different doctor.
