My children absolutely loves Dr. McCurley. He is very good with kids and has such a good bedside manner. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I especially love that they have a sick and well side. I never really have to wait long, which is fantastic. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Dr. McCurley always listens to the parents (and kids) concerns, takes time to investigate, and explains things clearly and concisely. I couldn't be happier with my choice for my children's pediatrician.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

We have found Dr. McCurly to be an excellent doctor. Twice he has caught misdiagnoses made by other physicians on my children, pursued the correct treatment and in a short time my children were well again. He is very easy to talk with, willing to listen to mother's intuitions, great with kids of all ages. My teenagers relate to him very well. I would recommend him to ANYONE.
