Never on time. Average wait for your scheduled appointment is over 2 hours. She doesn't understand how to write scripts and has pissed off our pharmacist multiple times with her incompetence. We would win the war on terror faster if she worked for the Taliban...

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The wait time is awful! Plan on being in the waiting room for over 2 hours and being skipped over.

My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
she does have some problem with time management, but overall excellent.
