I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
