After an accident, I was referred to Dr. Lower by a former patient. Despite a busy practice, Dr. Lower was kind enough to fit me in on very short notice and perform the corrective surgery I needed. In fact, I've never had difficulties scheduling appointments, even during holiday seasons. The front office staff are kind and courteous, and I've usually been seen promptly. Dr. Lower is a good listener with an excellent bedside manner, and does a good job explaining what conditions to expect and actions I need to take. To help alleviate my concerns, I usually bring the top 3 questions (if I have any) to ask, and Dr. Lower is always patient and informative when addressing them. I've received excellent care and would highly recommend Dr. Lower and his staff.

Dr Lower dose not care about after surgery care. I paid in full Cash out of my own pocket. I had no insurance and had been out of work for 3 years. Now because of my injury which occured a year ago. And Dr. Lower did the surgery I still have very little function in my left leg ankle and foot. Constant pain and swelling. i have to apply for Disability. Dr. Lower wants $875.00 before he will fill out any Diability paperwork for me and i am still out of work. He has no compassion for anyone. It is all about the money. Out of all the Medical bills I incurred with this injury. Dr. Lower was the only one that got paid. And he is out on vacation most of the time

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I have used Dr. Lower for over 16 years. He is wonderful.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
