They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I know it's important that the environment is nice, the people treat you well, you don't have to wait long ... blah blah blah. But the bottom line is, this doctor is good and if you have to go under the knife, that other stuff doesn't amount to a hill of beans. You want someone who will fix you up and not screw it up. Hawken's that guy. I'd trust him again if I need surgery.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. He is a great person as well as a great doctor.
