my appointments and not postponed, however, I show up on time yet I am left waiting for up to two hours past my appointment time to see the doctor. The adverage wait time, past the scheduled appointment time is a minimum of 45 minutes and has been as long as two hours. That is on top of having to wait for three months to get an appointment. That is what is annoying. I am a professional as well and my time is as valuable as the doctors. I can understand running a bit behind, but contstantly an hour or more behind schedule is unacceptable, especially when, if I happen to be a bit late, I get told what for. If this center does not have enough doctors, hire more instead of making two appointments at the same time for the same doctor. The wait time is really unacceptable and is no way to treat your patients. That's the best improvement that this center can make. Keep the delays under 30 minutes. That is a reasonable timeline, not two plus hours.
