Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
