Single practitioner and nurses are like family. Dr. Herrman is always on time, is very gentle in her approach. Through in descriptions and answering questions. Even when you call for concerns you can usually get an answer right away from the nurses.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
