I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

I give Dr Grapin 5 stars, but 1 star for the front desk. I have been trying for months to make an appointment. The phone either rings non stop, i've been picked up 3 times, put on hold forever, and hung up on, I've called and they are either closed or at lunch. It seems if I don't catch someone at the exact right moment, i will never get my appointment scheduled. It's a shame, but i'll give it one more try otherwise I'm going to need to find a new doctor.

I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
