They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Oshry for more than ten years. I am almost sixty and suffer from Diabetis, cardiac probem and sleep apnea and need almost constant medical attention. Dr Oshry has been very important in keep me well.
