Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Kind of, but not very much

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

Dr Brian Moylan has been my primary care physician for six years and is always very professional.
He has an organized system for reviewing my personal circumstances during an appointment.. and he always makes sure all of my questions are answered before I leave his office.
My specific health situation is quite complicated and some of my medical concerns remain untreated but he does seem to want to help as well as he can.
Making an appointment for a follow up or a yearly exam is easy
and working around my personal schedule is never a problem.
It is however always impossible to get in to see him for an acute health concern as his schedule stays booked at least a week out.
If I come down with a flu for example and need to be seen right away.. I am forced to go to an urgent care facility or hospital emergency room.
Making an appointment or requesting a refill for a prescription is quick and easy if I use the office website but getting through on the phone is generally a problem.. as their phone lines stay busy all day.
