They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
