They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is friendly mostly, the nurse seemed very uncompassionate to my fears and concerns dealing with pancreatic issues and moving me up sooner. Dr. Berns is very thorough and caring, but getting to him is beyond my scope and feel I could actually die before seeing him. Very frustrating!!
