I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I am totally pleased with the service provided. I am a Crohn's patient and Dr. Hollis is an expert at treating this disease. I have seen lot's of GI doctors all over the world (armed forces). Few have displayed his level of understanding.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
