They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I have to go back, because it is the only place my insurance will cover...good old obamacare...plus I know they are losing records, I love having to repeat test because they say they didn't get them!!!
