They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
If I call into the office with a question, Dr. Keate calls me back himself. He is explains things that my other dotors could not. Excellent doctor with compasisonate care. I highly recommend. He is busy so you may have to wait for the appointment, but he is well worth it.

Received a call(message) from their office after my ER visit...suggesting a colonoscopy immediately. Called back and the appointment desk told me that they were to busy to take my appointment and that they would return my call. I was thinking...you kidding me? Never received a callback...getting a referal for a new gastro doc.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
