It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
