I have been to this office many times. The office staff is ok, but not as professional as i would like. sometimes I have been forgotten, but I have learned to check every 15" if I haven't been called. The lab and x-ray departments are very professional and thoughtful. Dr Killen is a true family doctor who gives you the feeling he really wants to help you. Teresa , his nurse, is very personable and helpful. It is hard to find a doctor that is willing to help older people, and this office is there to help
