This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think He cared at all about my concerns. He definitely not not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. This person should not be a family practitioner. He is so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! The nurses were pleasant (I wish they had more opportunity in this area!) but the Dr was horrible! Made me wait a very long time and did not care about my concerns at all. His "bed side" manner is the worst and I am just lucky that I did not have a life threatening disease as I would probably not be here to tell anyone about it! He made me cry and raised his voice at me for repeating a question that he was unable to answer!! He is very unprofessional and needs to tuck in his shirt and shave! I would be afraid that he has not washed his hands!!!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I voted poorly on accessibility because he could no longer be my doctor, the punctuality score because his office is usually full and I have waited over 45 minutes at times for him to see me. He is a one man show and the only doctor in the office so that is to be expected. I sought out Dr. Cruise in search of ways to help myself lose weight medically with a prescription drug I researched called Adipex. (for those reading this looking for a way to lose weight you still need to do the hard work! The medicine only helps curve your appetite)
