Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.
