She made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Finding office was a little difficult. I wish it had been easier to locate. I haven't seen Dr Hoover in several years (moved away) but want to get app't when I'm in VA this summer. She's the greatest!

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
