The office staff could use tips on customer care. The dermatologist associated with the facility are top notch, it is a shame they haven't surrounded themselves with front desk staff who show the same care. I'd consider going somewhere else if I wasn't invested in the dermatologist.

This was my first visit and I was met with such nice and friendly people. They were genuine and very helpful. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, the nurses were so caring and Dr. Alexiou made me feel comfortable and reassured me throughout the exam that everything was okay. I drove from Charlottesville to make her my dermatologist and am so pleased that i did.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
