I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
