Other than having to wait one hour and twenty minutes beyond my appointment time before seeing Dr. Langdon, I did find his counseling to be........adequate.

My experience with the office staff on the other hand, I found to be as lacking and unprofessional as any I have ever experienced. I had an issue with the prescription which was given. I had to call back to the office several days later as the prescription had never been called in to my pharmacy. Then, after it was called in, there was another issue which raised questions. I called back to the office, got routed through the "triage callback system" which never happened. Called again, talked with a staff member who assured she would speak with Dr. Langdon to get an answer for me.....never got called back. Called again and went through this whole conversational process again and again was assured that I would receive a call back with the information. My first call was on Monday of this week......its now Friday night and I still have not gotten a call back. I would expect to be able to enjoy a high level of confidence with my cardiologist and his staff but based on all of this, its just not there. I would rate this entire experience as "embarrassing"

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
