I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. MY ADDITIONS. The office has added email which is a boon because it's a long-distnce call and I could submit my condition changes and questions and receive a call back. I'm in NY and this Vermont office now has subscribed to NY Medicare/Medicaid so I have no out-of-pocket costs, this is a huge help.
