I've been a patient of Dr. Newman for well over 10 years now. He is amazing. I absoutly don't know where I'd be without him. I have a pretty complicated situation with many allergies to pain medications and suffering from chronic pain in addition to a sezier disorder. Dr. Newman has worked with me thru the years adjusting my medications as needed. He always communicates with me in detail. Just because I've been his patient forever, he never misses a step. He always gives me a complete exam an evaluation. I hate that he's no longer in private practice, but it hasn't changed a thing really...he has the same staff that he's had for years and he is still the kind compassionate doctor that I began seeing many years ago. Be fairly warned he's no drug addicts resouce. If your truly in pain and need pain management he's your guy. If your addicted or a drug abuser he can spot you a mile away. I respect him for this. Dr. Newman is a wonderful pain management doctor and comes with my highest recomendation.

They go out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and are very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I feel that they really value my health and happiness because they follow up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It is such a nice gesture that makes a huge difference.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, but they said they were going to!

Yes, I was in agony!
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
