Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've visited. I was able to relax very easily. Dr. Audet is the only doctor i will ever see, no other doctor can compare to him !! Dr. Audet will spend what ever time is needed with every one of his patients, he is not like most doctors today that rush you in and out of the office. Dr. Audet gives 110% to everyone !!!!

While I did not see Dr. Balint, but his assistant (or whatever she is called) Ms. Welk, I was very pleased with my treatment. I would definitely be willing to go to his practice again; the only reason I quit going was because I had moved out of the area and it was impractical to drive 12+ hours for an appointment.
There was only one occasion that I was quite upset with the office and that was really with just one particular employee, an older woman (I can't remember her name), who was very rude and obnoxious; I don't believe she works there any longer or is just in the business office portion and doesn't deal with patients (I never saw her again after that appointment).
I have recently moved back to the area and plan on trying to see Dr. Balint again.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The office was easy enough to find. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
