Dr Christensen performed eyelid surgery for me several years ago. He did such an excellent job people still wonder why I look younger than my years. He told me it would change over the years and it did. I loved the results. Dr. Christensen and his staff were professional and understanding through the process.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was fully informed about all of their policies. I felt very comfortable going into surgery.

I went to Dr Christensen for breast implants in 2008. 4 months after the surgery I developed what is known as "bottoming out". This is something that is not pretty and it's a pretty obvious condition to diagnose because the implants become displaced and sink below the breast crease causing the nipples to be at the very top of the breast with everything else below. Yeah - not a good look unless you are 80+. During a follow up appointment I scheduled to address my concern over this with him, he was either oblivious to how terrible it looked or flat out lied to me. I had to go shell out another $5000 to have the issue corrected with a new surgeon who specialized in revisions. I was not going to entrust my body once again in his hands after I was told "they look great". I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. A doctor should be able to have an eye for errors made and the decency to admit it. I feel that other unsuspecting women who even consider coming to him for breast augmentation should at least know this information. I would not want anyone else to get a botched surgery and then have this doctor blow off their concerns as he did to mine...
