Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr. Holbrook was very through, professional, and concerned about my child's well being.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
