Dr. Cook is not a very good doctor, in my opinion. I wasn't helped at all. He is an amateur at best.

Dr.Cook is the reason my 8yr. old is scheduled for corrective surgery this August. She broke her leg skiing in Feb., and instead of setting it correctly and following through with proper medical care, Dr.Cook rushed us through. My daughter's leg healed incorrectly and her foot is now twisted out at a 25% angle and she walks with a pronounced limp. This is a nightmare that could have been avoided if only Dr. Cook had cared enough to take the time to do his job well. "Do No Harm" - He needs to be reminded of his oath.
